10-12 Alternating DB Bench Press
R2:
6-8 Pegboard Chin Ups / Chin Ups
R3:
8-10 Dbl. KB Front Squats
R4:
8-10 Dbl. KB/DB Strict Press
R5:
12-14 Alternating Gorilla rows
R6:
2 x Sled Push (heavy)
Every seventy five seconds, hit one of the above movements. Stager your starts so there’s no bottleneck when you get to the sleds. Weight should go heavy as this is a strength workout that isn’t highly technical. GO HEAVY OR GO HOME 🙂
