E75 – 25 (31.25min)
1. Legless rope climb or 2x rope up downs
2. 6-8 Loaded single leg hip hinge / side
3. 10-12 DB Chest Press
4. 6-8 Goblet Squat Jumps @30X0*
5. 8-10 KB Push Press @ 31X1
*Goblet squat jumps @ 30X0 should be a three second descent into the bottom position, explode from the bottom directly into your jump, absorb the landing and go directly into your next rep. These reps should be seamless from one to the next.
Today is another heavy grind of accessory work. Go heavy and move well. Don’t worry, a byproduct of this is getting your sweat on. It’s not the same as cardio but it’ll almost feel like it 🙂
