A. 25 min. circuit
2 x lengths loaded carry
5/leg weighted step ups
5 strict ring dips
10 heavy goblet squats
10 strict t2r/t2b

B. 5 min AMRAP
10 air squats
10 KBS @40/60#

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a mixed strength circuit. No rounds or scores will be recorded, just try to move consistently. Challenge yourself with weights and movements.

Part B is a short metcon. Reps should be unbroken, and transitions quick. You should be able to complete more than 5 rounds. Aim for rounds under a minute and this will be achievable.
