2 x sled push
0:30 single arm KB overhead carry (R)
0:30 single arm KB overhead carry (L)
6/leg Bulgarian split squat
10 ring pushups

dbl KB C&J
dbl KB front rack lunges
*every time you put the bells down, 2 wall walks
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a 20 min. mixed circuit. Rest as needed, challenge yourself with weights and variations.
For Part B, use 2 kettlebells. Every time you put the bells down, you will go to the wall and perform 2 wall walks. Those will fatigue the shoulders, so try to push through and be selective with putting those bells down!
