2. 12 Alternating DB Chest Press (one DB stays up the whole time)
3. 5 Split Stance Deadlift / leg + 2 lengths loaded carry (garage door to turf and back)
4. 8-10 Ring Rows @ 31×1 (48-60 seconds under tension)
5. 6-8 Dragon Flags
