5 Rounds Not For Time… (cap 35)
6-8 Ring Rows @ 31×1
8 KB Strict Press / Arm
1 Sled Pull + 1 Sled Push
10 DB Chest Press
8 Split Stance Deadlift / Side
Today’s grinder is NOT FOR TIME. Pick some challenging weights and move through each round. There is a cap for this workout so rounds should take no more than 7min which will help determine your weights. the sled pull and push will take the longest amount of time.
PRO TIP: The heavier you go, the more rest you’ll need. Weights should be challenging but not crushing 🙂
