Minute 1. 8-10 Alt. DB Chest Press
Minute 2. 6-8 Chin-Ups
Minute 3. 6-8 KB Strict Thrusters
Minute 4. 10 Alt. DB Renegade Rows (no push up)
Minute 5. 1 Sled Push (heavy)

Happy Sunday! Today you should be going heavy in movements that allow you to recover and get to the next movement within 75 seconds. Minutes 1, 2 & 4 will give you a little more rest time as compared to minutes 3 & 5 which will take closer to 40-45 sec. each round.
