Grinder EMOM – 30
10 BB Bench Press
10 Alt Gorilla Rows (heavy)
10 DB Deficit Push Ups
10 Chin Ups
10 Bi-Lateral DB Kick Backs (both arms same time)
10 Bi-Lateral DB Curls

Today’s workout is a little full body pump sesh. Pick challenging weights and build throughout if you can. Each exercise should be performed in 40 seconds max to allow you a minimum of 20 seconds recovery and transition time.
