40 Min Grinder
1 Heavy Sled Push
8-10 BB Bench Press
6-10 Pegboard Chin Ups
6-8 Deficit Lunges / Leg
16 Alt Gorilla Rows followed by 2x length of gym loaded carry (turf to garage door and back NOT WALL TO WALL)

Todays grinder will be slow and steady. Weights should be heavy enough to require a little rest between movements (45ish) seconds. Share benches in the rack if needed or perform floor press. The down side to the floor press is the limited range of motion it provides.
