1. DB Chest Press
2. Chin Ups
3. DB or KB Thrusters
4. DB Burpees*
5. Ring Rows
6. Rest
B.
10 Rounds Of (5 rounds each)
:30 Work 30: Rest
1. Bicep Curls
2. Banded Tricep Press Downs
*Drop down, push up between DB’s, jump your feet forward and ideally between the DB’s then stand up (no jump)
Today’s grinder will be with 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest / transition. Go a little lighter than you think so you can last the whole 30 seconds. The only one that might be a challenge to go 30 seconds on might be chin ups. If your grip is failing or you can’t squeeze any more out, drop of the bar, shake it off and if there’s still time on the clock jump back up and keep going.
