6 Chin Ups @ 31X1
10 Overhead or Front Rack Walking KB Lunges
6-8 Dbl. KB Front Squats
4 Sled Sprints*

Happy Sunday grinders. Today is a little higher heart rate grinder of a workout. Choose weights that will challenge you and allow you to take minimal rest between exercises. The sled should be a little lighter to allow for four lengths of non stop running with the sled 🙂 25-45lbs MAX on the sleds.
