30 Min Grinder
1 Legless rope climb
2 Sled Pushes (2 x 40′)
10-12 Alternating DB Chest Press
6-8  BB Squat Jumps from the rack @20X1 (challenging weight)
8-10 Single arm ring row and reach (8/arm)

Todays workout will be a bit of a grind with some skill required. If legless rope climbs aren’t in the cards, perform arms only with heels on the ground for 2-3 reps.
