KB Loaded Carry (end of parking lot and back)
12 Alternating DB Chest Press (bench or floor)
16 Front Rack Deficit Lunges (8 & 8 not alternating)
10 Chin Ups
16 Single Leg Hip Hinge (8 / side NOT alternating)
10-12 KB Strict Press

Today’s grinder will allow for a little fun outside. Pick weights that are challenging and doable. The goal of grinders is to build strength NOT GO FAST. Have fun!
