B.
:30 work :15 Rest x 12 rounds (9 min)
Odd: Banded bicep curls
Even: Banded tricep press downs
Part A. Is an EMOM and your rest will dictate how heavy you’ll be able to go and recover before getting into the next exercise. Pick weights you can keep moving with and enjoy the rest in round five 🙂
Part B. is a little burner for the Bi’s and Tri’s. Pick a band and create tension that will allow you to work for 30 seconds before going onto the next movement.
