Work for :30 rest for :30

Alt Shoulder & knee taps from plank pos.

DB Hollow Press
Hanging leg raise (up and over TALL foam roller)

BB Bent over rows
Bicycle

Today’s workout is a partner workout but you’re basically just sharing equipment for this one. Pick weights and methods you can keep moving with for 30 seconds. Person 1 will perform 30 seconds of strict thrusters (dbl bell front squat then strict press) then person two will hit it for 30 seconds. Once person two finishes, person one will perform 30 seconds of flutter kicks then person two will hit it. Finish all three rounds before moving on to the next couplet.
