6-8 Chin Ups / Peg Board Chin-Ups
Minute 2.
8 Double KB Front Squats (heavy)
MInute 3.
8 Double Bell (DB or KB) Strict Press
Minute 4.
6 KB Split Stance Deadlift / side (1 KB in each hand)
Minute 5.
12 Alt Gorilla Rows
Minute 6.
Rest (you’re welcome)

Sunday grinders are all about full body strength. You’re going to need a lot of kettlebells for this workout so partner up with someone who you can share with and limit the number of bells out on the floor. As always, go heavy and move well!
