2 Dbl. Bell Snatch
*Accumulate kcals on the machine of your choice (ECHO, Row, C2) for the remainder of each round.
Today’s workout is a little DB or KB circuit which should be unbroken with your chosen weight. This should be a challenging weight but doable for each round. The complex could take 60-90 seconds which means, you’ll be banging out cals on your chosen piece of equipment for 3+ minutes (the rest of the round). The goal is to move and aim for consistent calories each round on the bike but there is no score for this workout 🙂
