Today’s workout is a little bit of a ladder + grinder. Pick a challenging weight for the above movements that you could do 2-3 more reps with under fatigue. This workout will end with 10 reps of each movement in the last round so find your happy place and sty there for rounds nine and ten 🙂  

Part B is alllll arms. 30 work & 30 rest. Choose weights and tension to allow you to work for the whole 30 seconds.
