Round 4. 8-10 Seated DB/KB Press
Round 5. 6-8 Deficit Back Lunges / leg (not alternating)
Round 6. Rest

Today’s grinder is some good old strength work on a 75 second clock. Make sure to get at least 20 seconds rest each round and enjoy round 6 of full rest.
