1. 6-8 Chin Ups
2. 6-8 Dbl. KB Front Squats
3. 5 Dbl. DB Strict Devils Press
4. 10 BB Supine Rows
5. 8-10 DB Bench or Floor Press
6. Rest
Today’s workout is on a one minute clock for five rounds. Choose challenging weights that will allow you some rest and transition time at the end of your minute (20-ish seconds). Enjoy your minute at the end of each full round completed 🙂
