2 Dbl Bell Thrusters or Snatches
(Same Bells for all)

Then…

2 Min ECHO, C2 or Row

Today’s workout is a little strength & stability circuit with bells beginning with multiple variations and holds followed by a shot break then an unbroken circuit followed by a two minute spin or row. Pick weights you can move consistently with without putting them down and use the bike or row as a recovery.
