Circuit – 30
2 Sled Push
6-8 Strict Pull Ups (add weight if possible)
80’ Loaded Carry
6-8 Strict Ring Dips
10 Alt Gorilla Rows
8 DB Chest Press
1 Legless Rope Climb (any height) or two grounded climbs
Today’s workout is a little grinder. If you choose to go heavier, you’ll move a little slower through the workout. If you stay on the lighter side, you’ll move quicker and get more rounds in. Choose your weapons accordingly 🙂
