8-10 Strict KB Press
8-10 DBL Bell Front Squats
10-12 Alternating Gorilla Rows
10-12 Alternating DB Chest Press
6-8 Single Leg Hip Hinge / Leg (loaded)
6-8 Chin-Ups

Chose some weights, go heavy, build som strength and use the time as a limiter… Having a time cap (75 seconds in this case) will help determine what your weight will be. Go too heavy and you won’t get enough recovery. Go too light and you won’t get as much out of the exercise. Choose wisely my Padawans 🙂
