Part A. is a little strength circuit. Use challenging weights and move through the workout and rest as needed. If you choose to go heavier, you’ll need more rest, if you go a little lighter, you’ll get more work done and keep moving.
Part B. Is some beach strength work. Pick weights and a band you can move with for thirty seconds.
