Today we’re hitting an outdoor workout as we’ll be putting up some new fans in the gym to keep you all cool! Things might get a little dirty as we’ll be flipping tires, carrying sandbags and pushing sleds…
In teams of two
Circuit – 35
1 Mile sled push (team prowler push only once)
10 Sandbag cleans each
10 Sandbag front squats each
10 Tire Flips each
The whole class will perform the sprints with the sleds finishing off with the remaining time will be an AMRAP style workout with the sandbags and tires. Go heavy and make it a grinder or stay lighter and keep it moving. Try to pair up with people using the same weight as you and that will make it easier to not have to increase the weight in the sandbags between partners…
