A.
E75 – 24 (Four full rounds)
1. 8-10 KB Deadlifts + 2 lengths of loaded carries
2. 6-8 Ring Dips
3. 5-6 Deficit Back Lunges / leg (not alternating)
4. 10-12 Alternating Gorilla Rows
5. Max Push-ups till failure
6. 6-8 Split Stance Deadlifts / leg

Build to a challenging weight for your movements and add weight as you move through the four rounds. Try to get around 30 seconds +/-  of rest for each round. The deadlifts and walk will be a little shorter.
