5 Around the body / side
5 Goblet Squat Jumps
5 Single Arm Rows / Side
12/15 Kcal Row / ECHO Bike

Today’s workout is a kettlebell circuit. Pick a challenging weight as you’ll be transitioning from one side and giving the other side rest. The circuit should be unbroken and your recovery can be on the row or bike.
