Today’s workout is all about the bells. You’ll probably need some different weights so find some friends and share some bells. Go heavy and move well!

For the front rack march, find a solid front rack position and alternate bringing up your knees to hip height while keeping your abs as tight and supportive as possible. Hips should stay level and you will be standing in the same place for this NOT walking around. Your steps should be consistent and on the slower side to force balance and engagement rater than just bringing your knees up to get it done and over with (not that any of you would do that anyways) 🙂
