Thursday 06-04-2020 Workout Of the Day

A. 15 min circuit
8 BB floor press
10 BB bent over rows
12 floor wipers

B. 12 min ladder
cal bike
DB or KB squat clean


Workout Notes/Intentions:
For part A, move consistently through the 3 movements. Same barbell will be used for all three movements.
For part B, aim for unbroken reps into the round of 12. Start breaking up reps if needed but make your breaks quick. Use transitions between exercises to recover as much as possible so you can push it on your reps. You may choose to use a single bell, or double bells depending on how you’re feeling.
