Skill review followed by five rounds building weight each round. (15 min time cap)
Turkish Get Up
E90 – 20 (30 minutes)
Odd Rounds: 3-5 Deadlift
Even Rounds: 3-5 Strict HSPU
Today is a heavier strength day where you’ll be alternating between the deadlift and a strict vertical press. The vertical press variations can be Strict handstand push ups, pike push ups, or DB or KB strict press. You’ll have a chance to find a challenging weight before starting the 20 rounds. For newer members aim for 5 reps / round of each movement to allow for a little more volume with slightly reduced weight.
