Use the skills portion to gain some ring MU skills or strength and the workout to put some of that skill work to the test. Low volume higher skill work ia a great time to practice in a workout. Your deadlift weight should be able to be done unbroken for a fresh set but can be done as singles in the workout and wall balls should be unbroken.
