Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is an upper body strength focus. You may choose to use a BB, DB’s or KB’s for the strict press and the bench/floor press. If you are in a training box near the rack, you could do bench from the rack. You may also choose to do DB bench press or a floor press if no benches are available. Curls will be bilateral with DB’s. Perform one set every 2 minutes. 

Part B is an upper body heavy metcon. S2OH can be done with DB’s or a BB. Dips can be ring or bench/box dips. Cals can be on any machine available. C2 bikes will be 30-20-10 cals.
