Thursday 03-05-20 Workout Of the Day
A. Snatch build- 15 min
1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch
B. For time
Workout Intentions: Part A should be a gradual build, aiming to hit around 7-10 sets within the 15 mins. If you are comfortable with snatches, try to build over the 15 minutes to a challenging weight, possibly even failure. Newer athletes can adapt the complex to be from the hang and with additional reps if weight is going to be light and the focus is technique.
Part B is a short metcon, meant to be light. Athletes should be able to hit about 10 reps of the barbell movements unbroken while fresh. Break reps as needed, taking short rest.
