Just a reminder that 9:30am classes are shifted to 11:15am on April 18th and 29th as we are hosting the West St Paul Wildcats for two more sessions.
Members are welcome to come in earlier and warm up / mobilize / work on weaknesses in the mezzanine before the 11:15am class.
MIN 1 – 1 or 2 Rope Climbs
MIN 2 – 7 TTB + 100m Sprint (row or bike)
MIN 3 – 10 Alt. DB Snatch (Athlete Choice, Heavy 🙂
*Athlete choice on number and style of the rope climb. The climb can be legless or with legs. Make sure to choose at the start of the workout and hold on for the entire EMOM.
