  • Your “Run can be any variation of cardio that will take about 3-4 minutes in length. Have an idea of what you’ll be performing before the workout as we’ll be using that in warm-up.
  • *Devil’s C&J is like the Devil’s snatch except you get a break on the way up at the shoulders so it makes the exercise a little more enjoyable 🙂
