A. 10 min build
1 heavy power clean

B. EMOM x 8
2 power cleans @ ~85% of A

C. 12 min AMRAP
3 power cleans @95/135#
6 pushups
9 air squats

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be a 10 minute build to a single heavy power clean. You will then drop weight to approximately 85% for Part B. You will do 2 reps every minute on the minute, for 8 minutes total. These could be touch and go, or 2 quick singles. If you are doing quick singles, ensure you aren’t resting more than about 5-7 seconds between the reps. 

Part C is a 12 minute AMRAP. Reps are low so that you can complete them unbroken and cycle through rounds quickly. Power cleans should be doable unbroken. Pushups and air squats should be as well. As you get tired, you may end up doing quick singles on the power cleans and that is okay. Score is total rounds and reps in 12 minutes.
