Workout Notes: Front squats will be from the rack. Build to a challenging set of 5 reps. Everyone will do their sets every 3:30. Sit down and rest between sets.

Part B is 4 rounds for time. Try to keep the squat cleans unbroken, the weight should be fairly light.
