A. E3:00 x 5 sets
8 BB floor press
10 BB bent over rows
12 floor wipers

B. For time:*
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
dbl KB C&J
dbl KB step ups (per leg)
*every time you put down the KB’s, 15 air squats

RX: 35/50#
Int: 30/40#
Beg: 20/30#

Workout Notes: Part A will be done with one barbell- you can add and take off weights as needed for the different exercises. Do all 3 movements in the 3 minutes, and rest for whatever time is remaining.

Part B is a descending ladder. Use two kettlebells for each movement. Step ups are per leg (i.e. 10 step ups = 10 on the right leg and 10 on the left leg.) Everytime you break and put the KB’s down, you must do 15 air squats before continuing.
