Workout Intentions/Notes: Part A will be done from the ground, therefore you will need to clean the barbell once to begin your set. Since there is a tempo for the squats, a power clean is recommended to get the bar into the front rack, rather than squat clean. Focus on the tempo and maintaining tensions throughout the reps. HSPU can be done strict, kipping, deficit, pike, or regular pushups.

For Part B, aim for a smooth and consistent row. Wallballs in 1-2 sets for the higher reps, and aim for unbroken reps for the rounds of 15 and 9. Choose a pullups variation that allows for 3-5 sets for the higher reps, with the goal of unbroken on the round of 9.
