A. E3:00 x 6 sets
6/leg Bulgarian split squats
8/leg staggered stance deadlifts
B. 3:00 on / 1:00 off x 4 sets
10 front rack lunges
10 pull-ups
10/12 cal row
Workout Notes: Part A is every 3 minutes- you will do both movements in that window and rest for the remaining time. You should be getting about 90 seconds of rest each round. Use KB’s or DB’s to load the split squats and use KB’s for the staggered stance deadlifts.
Part B is 3 minutes on, 1 minute off for 4 sets. Pickup where you leave off each round. Barbell weight should be doable for unbroken reps. Write your score for each round as you go.
