Workout Intentions:
Today Paul is celebrating his 40th Birthday, and we all get to join in on the fun with a Birthday WOD! For those that did it last year, it’s the exact same workout at 40 reps instead of 39. Try to complete it in the order above; if needed switch the bike and row. Have fun!
