Circuit – 30
1. Turkish Get Up R+L
2. 15 Ring Rows
3. 10 Alternating Front Rack Back Lunges
4. 10 Heavy DB Snatches (DO NOT DROP DB’s)
5. 8 DB Plyo Jumps
Todays workout is not for time. Move through, go heavy and have “fun” TGU’s should be done on the turf. Lunges can be barbell, KB or DB. Don’t drop DB’s on your snatches (or ever) but try to go a little heavier than you normally do. DB ploy jumps are a squat jump with a DB in each hand as additional resistance.
