Four hang power cleans + 1 Hang squat clean

B.

6 Min Ladder (climb by two)

2 Lunges 65/95#

2 Lateral Bar Jump Burpees

Round one all athletes will perform two back lunges & two bar over burpees. Round two will be four back lunges and four bar over burpees. Round three will be six back lunges and six bar over burpees.

*Bar over burpees are lateral

**Back lunges should be alternating legs

 

Fitness:

2 Strict Pull Ups

2 Strict Ring dips / Dips

2 Lateral Bell Jump Burpees

Round one all athletes will perform two back lunges & two bell over burpees. Round two will be four back lunges and four bell over burpees. Round three will be six back lunges and six bell over burpees.
