1 Deadlift + 1 Hang squat clean + 1 squat clean + 1 front squat

Today’s complex is all about the clean. If you struggle with a front rack position, use kettlebells for the complex. After the hang squat clean try to perform the next squat clean as a touch and go rep rather than dropping the bar on the ground.
