A. E3M x 8 rounds (24 min)
10 pushups
20 KBS @40/60#
30 air squats

*Athletes should aim for 30 sec rest minimum
*Scaling options:
-10 pushups, 15 KBS, 20 air squats (if you are not getting enough rest)
-scale air squats up to squat jumps (if you are getting adequate rest and need a challenge)

B. 8 rounds for max cals (8 min)
0:30 on 0:30 off bike cals

*can share bike with a partner and add an extra 10 seconds for transition 
*can use rowers if bikes are not available
*score is total calories for all 8 rounds; indicate whether you used BIKE or ROW on whiteboard
