Every three minutes for six rounds perform five deadlifts and five strict handstand pushups or five strict kettlebell press. Build to a heavy and repeatable five deadlift and find a good weight for your press or variation for your HSPU.

Today’s workout is a short couplet of five rounds sandwiched between a buy in and cash out. If you have good shoulder mobility, go overhead for your swings or maintain a shoulder height swing. Perform banded or BB in the rack pull ups for a vertical pull rather than resorting to a horizontal pull like we did in yesterdays workout.
