5 Back Squats + 5 Weighted chin ups or peg board chin ups.
For this weeks 5 x 5 try to add anywhere from 2.5 – 5 lbs / side from last months 5×5. if you’re not keeping track, build to a challenging 5×5 for the day and then begin your sets. Perform 5 BB chin ups, chin ups or peg board chin ups within your 4 minute window with your back squats.
*For Bring your Buddy Week if your buddy doesn’t back squat (yet) they can try back squatting OR perform kettlebell goblet squats for 8-10 reps
