Build to and through your five rounds of Deadlifts and pressing. Go heavy and move well!

B.
10 RFT (Cap 16)
“Velociraptor”
3 Deadlift
6 Bar Facing Burpees
9 C2B Pull Ups / Pull Ups / Ring Rows

RX: 155/225#
Intermediate: 125/185#
Beginner: 95/135#

Ten rounds, three movements, one chance. Pick a weight you can do touch and go on your deadlifts, move quickly on your burpees and pull ups or variation should be done in 1-2 sets. Move like you’re being chased with a Velociraptor… 🙂
