Workout Notes/Intentions: You can start with part A or part B. Rest 3 minutes between each. The coach will start a running clock and you will time your own rest between A and B. Record your final finish time at the end/ This will be done with one person working at a time, completing a full round while the other person rests. You will each complete 8 rounds. The same manner follows for part B. The goal is to move with intensity and not rest during your round.
