Part A. is a strength couplet on a four minute clock. Build to and find a heavy fise deadlift for the day and 8 DB bench press. Continue to build weight thought your four rounds if possible.
Part B. is a gas pedal workout. Push the pace on the bike, quick to the bar for your unbroken deadlifts and FAST for those bar over burpees. You get a one minute break after each round. It’s time to go HAM
